The Worsley Arms team endeavour to make all guests welcome and comfortable during their stay. We endeavour to deal with all requests efficiently and promptly and to assist all guests during their stay.

We have designated Disabled parking at the front of the hotel. This can be reserved if notified in advance. There is a large car park to the rear of the hotel.

To the front entrance of the hotel there are two steps, a ramp can be provided to enable wheelchair or scooter access, entrance into the reception is through two double doors (115cms). The reception area offers plenty of seating for guests. Waiter service is available for the service of refreshments.

There is access to the patio through a door (95cms).

The Hotel has a large lawn garden which can be accessed via the car park, the gate width (73cms).

The ground floor is all on one level and allows wheel chair access.

All areas are well lit and at night there is emergency illumination.

The toilets are located by reception but are not adapted for disabled use; there is limited access for wheelchairs.

Currently none of our guest bedrooms are specifically adapted for disabled use, but of course, can be used.

Rooms in the main building are accessed by the main staircase which has twenty steps and a firm banister rail. There is no lift.

The hotel has eight rooms located across the green which have private parking (loose gravel surface).

Four rooms are located on the ground floor, they are accessed by two steps (20cms).

There are two ground floor rooms with baths and walk-in showers (63cm wide). The bathroom door widths are 74cm (room 22) and 65cm (room 21). Room 22 has three steps each 12cms between the bedroom and the bathroom. Room 21 is all on one level. Both rooms have king size beds that can be twinned if required.

The cottages have a further four first floor rooms which are reached by a narrow staircase.

A portable 'grab frame' for the toilet can be provided on request.

Assistance with guest luggage can be provided on request.

Dogs are permitted in the hotel lounges and bars but not in the dining rooms, provision can be made for those residents who prefer to eat with their pets.
