Starters

~ Warm smoked haddock tartlet, poached egg, glazed Hollandaise sauce

~ Deep fried goats' cheese, apple and beetroot salad, fig jelly, balsamic dressing

~ Pressed ham hock terrine, pineapple chutney, toasted brioche

~ Carrot and coriander soup

Main Course

~ Roast breast of guinea fowl, fondant potato, fine beans, wild mushrooms, Sherry cream sauce

~ Roast shoulder and rump of lamb, Dauphinoise potato, parsnip puree, tender stem broccoli, rosemary and roast garlic

~ Oven baked sea trout with a lemon and dill crust, creamed potato, samphire,tomato and caper sauce

~ Spinach, goats cheese and pine nut tart, ratatouille sauce

~ Individual baked Alaska with fresh berries and raspberry sauce
