We have an enviable reputation for the quality of our beef which is supplied to us by Taste Tradition of Thirsk. We buy whole sides which have been dry aged for a minimum of 28 days and are prepared for us by our chefs. We are currently offering two of the finest beef breeds which are all reared within an eighteen mile radius of Hovingham.

Bred at Cold Kirby Sutton Bank by our meat supplier Charles Ashbridge, crossed with Aberdeen Angus, fed on Hambleton real ale (8 pints per day). A well marbled beef, real flavour, firmer texture, high in Omega 3 and 6.

Handmade Wagyu beef seasoned with onion, cracked pepper and mustard. Worsley brioche bun, Worsley relish, English Heritage tomato and salad.
All steaks are served with vine tomato confit, garlic butter and Rothwell flat mushroom with choices of Bracken Hill of York mustards and accompaniments.
